Covid-19: What you need to know
Safety Standards:
The number one priority of the Jalapenos family is the safety of our staff, customers and the greater Gloucester community. As we have from the beginning of the Pandemic, we promise to continue to increase our already cleaning and serving protocols to follow the safety standards set by the State of Massachusetts for restaurants who remain operational during the ongoing fight against the Covid-19 Pandemic.
If anyone would like to review these restaurant re-opening guidelines you can find there here :
What we ask from you, our guests:
1.) Please wear your face mask or covering at all times unless you are seated at your table; this includes moving about the outdoor and indoor dining spaces, using the restrooms, or checking in with the host.
2.) Please review signage at the restaurant to ensure you are aware of our policies and procedures.
3.) Please attempt to make a reservation before visiting our restaurant if at all possible. Walk in’s are still welcome but if there is not a table available upon your arrival you will be asked to provide a cell phone number and wait elsewhere until your table is ready.
4.) Please understand that under the current MA state guidelines, we have to follow social distancing safety protocols when seating your table. There may be vacant tables at the restaurant that do not meet the six foot guideline, and we will be unable to seat you at those tables. We are also unable to allow sitting directly at the bar based on the current MA state Guidelines
5.) Due to social distancing protocols, we will have a limited number of tables indoors. If you are seated outdoors and we experience unexpected inclement weather, we will package up your food so you can take it to-go.
